General Overview

All transactions conducted online or offline with AK Printers are subject to the laws and jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

AK Printers shall not be held responsible for delays or damages caused due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Machinery breakdown
• Natural disasters (Acts of God)
• Government or non-government actions (war, riots, embargoes, etc.)

Payments & Financial Transactions

• Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
• In case of payment failure or declined transactions, AK Printers reserves the right to cancel the order
• Any legal action required to enforce these terms will involve recovery of reasonable legal costs from the buyer.

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our printing products:

• Returns or exchanges are not accepted once the order is processed or dispatched.
• Any claims regarding defects, damage, or shortages must be reported within 1 business day of delivery.

Warranty

AK Printers’ responsibility is limited to:

• Replacement of defective products, or.
• Providing credit at our discretion

No additional warranties (express or implied) are provided.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders once processed or dispatched cannot be canceled or refunded.
• AK Printers reserves the right to cancel any order if necessary
